Frequently Asked Questions
How are corals packaged for shipping?+
Every frag is individually bagged with reef-safe water, oxygenated, and cushioned inside an insulated box with heat or ice packs depending on the season and destination climate.
Do you ship to my state?+
We currently ship to all 50 US states via overnight carrier. Some remote zip codes may require an additional transit day — customer care will flag this when you place your order if applicable.
What is the Live Arrival Guarantee?+
If any coral arrives DOA (dead on arrival), photograph it immediately upon opening and contact us within 2 hours of delivery for a full replacement or store credit.
Why does overnight shipping cost so much?+
Live coral must arrive within 24 hours to survive transit, which requires next-flight-out overnight air carrier service. Orders over $150 ship free to help offset this cost.
What if I'm not home to receive my package?+
We recommend having packages held at a local carrier facility or shipped to a work address. Corals are safe in a sealed, insulated box for several hours after delivery.
